Frequently asked questions
What kind of club is SquadOffice for?
Any club with a scouting department or an academy that follows players: from a professional club with a scouting network to an academy with three people. It works in English and Spanish.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in the browser on computer and phone, and on the phone it can be added to the home screen like an app. It also works without signal: what is written is sent when the connection returns.
Can I bring my spreadsheet?
Yes. We import your Excel or CSV as it is and help you get started. And you can download an Excel copy of everything whenever you want.
Can anyone else see my club's data?
No. Every club has its own closed account and there is no shared catalogue between clubs. Inside the club, each person sees only what their role allows.
Does the AI make decisions for us?
