The problem: every report gets written twice
In most scouting departments a report is born twice. First in the stands, as loose notes on a phone, a WhatsApp voice note or a notebook. Then at home, when someone types it up into a Word template or a spreadsheet row. That second time is the one that gets delayed, rushed or skipped altogether when a scout has three matches at the weekend.
With SquadOffice the report is written once: where the match is watched.
How it works
- Notes as they come. The scout types or dictates what they see, in any order and without a template: "great first touch, loses aerial duels, always shows between the lines".
- AI puts them in place. SquadOffice files each note under its area (technical, tactical, physical, mental...) and suggests a rating for each one.
- The scout decides. They see everything before sending and change whatever they want. The suggestion is a help; the signature is theirs.
- The report reaches the club. It lands on the player's profile, counts towards their average and shows up on the sporting director's dashboard.
Built for the pitch
- On the phone, nothing to install: it opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen.
- No signal? No problem. If there is no coverage at the ground, the report is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal comes back.
- With the club's criteria. Areas and scale are the same for every scout, so reports can be compared.
The AI does not make up what is not in the notes. If the scout said nothing about aerial play, that section stays empty for them to complete.

Questions
Do scouts have to learn a new template?
No. They type or dictate the way they already do in their phone notes. The AI adds the structure; they just review it.
What if the AI picks the wrong area or rating?
Nothing is sent without the scout seeing it. They can move any sentence, change any rating or delete anything before sending.
