Director questions, answers from your data
SquadOffice's assistant does not answer from memory or search the internet: it reads what is in your club. Players, reports, ratings, shortlists, scouting missions and pending decisions.
- "Which left-footed attacking midfielders do we have above 8, and who has seen them?"
- "Which players on the summer shortlist are about to run out of contract?"
- "What do I have pending and what is most urgent?"
- "Summarise what we know about this full-back."
It does not just answer, it suggests
When it makes sense, the assistant suggests an action: create a scouting mission, add a player to a shortlist or open their profile. You decide whether it happens.
Your day, summed up every morning
When you log in, the sporting director's dashboard opens with a summary made by AI: pending decisions, unread messages, players going cold and contracts running out. The first thing to do, at the top.
Every club has its own closed account. The assistant only sees your club's data, never another club's.

Questions
Which AI model does it use?
Today it uses Gemini, from Google. The club does not need to configure anything or provide any key.
Can the assistant change data on its own?
No. It can suggest an action, but a person always confirms it.
