What data we process and why
If you book a guided demo
We process the name, club, role, email, phone and message you send us, only to reply, arrange the demo and give you the price. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and, afterwards, any pre-contractual steps you ask for. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and, at most, two years after the last contact if you do not become a customer.
If you use the app as part of a club
The data a club puts into SquadOffice (players, reports, staff) belongs to the club. The club is the controller of that processing and SquadOffice acts as processor: it processes the data only to provide the service, following the club's instructions, and does not share it with other clubs.
Artificial intelligence features
When someone uses an AI feature (sorting a report, summarising a profile, asking the assistant), the text needed to answer is sent to the AI model provider to generate the response. It is not used for anything else.
Who it is shared with
With the providers we need to operate (server hosting and the AI model provider), under data processing agreements. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us through the contact form. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
